Our open API allows us to grant access to any good web platforms, however in general most businesses choose to use our webshop partner Garden Connect as we have achieved over 100 integrations already with them. Our integration with Garden Connect allows for shared information between the Garden Connect Webshop and our EPoS such as stock, pricing, promotions, orders, sales history, points balances, points accrual, personal marketing and more.
Product offers and discounts created on the RetailVista back office can be integrated with those products within the webshop. This integration ensures that any new or changed offers or discounts made to products on RetailVista, will feed into the webshop without the need to do anything else. Additionally, loyalty points schemes will also feed into the webshop so customers can login, shop, and earn loyalty bonuses just like they would in-store.
Integrated Loyalty Scheme
With a webshop linked to RetailVista we are able to allow customers to login to the webshop using their unique loyalty card number and password. When logged in, the customer can view their sales history (online and in-store), points balances, and make online purchases where they earn points just like they would in-store. Additionally, if using our marketing partners Garden Connect then some fantastic personal marketing is available too. Garden Connect can track how often loyalty customers are coming into the store as well as their purchases. Using this information marketing emails can be sent that are either specifically related to a recent purchase (for example, if the customer bought a BBQ, we can automate an email to that customer in a weeks time offering a discount on BBQ covers and accessories), or related to how long it has been since the customer came in to the store. A recent personal marketing campaign led one garden centre to entice nearly 40% of customers who had not visited in 6 months back to the centre over a specific weekend using the promise of a unique discount for card holders. In monetary terms this led to an extra 7.5k of revenue for the garden centre over that weekend.
