RetailVista is perfectly suited to help you with the efficient operation of your pet shop or group of pet shops. The till is incredibly easy for your staff to use and offers integrated scales for loose pet foods, barcode scanner, receipt printer, integrated credit/debit card payment device, and cash drawer. The till is also a touch screen and allows for your customers to join up to your loyalty scheme quickly without causing queues at the till point.
The backoffice is also available on any PC or tablet as it is cloud based and used via a web browser. This means that you can access your backoffice from home, holidays or anywhere and make important business changes or decisions without having to go to the store itself. The backoffice will allow for any number of users to be logged in from anywhere at any one time. 1 user or 100, the price of our backoffice remains the same.
RetailVista Mobile is the perfect companion APP for your business. RetailVista Mobile can be installed to a rugged phone sized device we can provide, or installed to you and your staffs phones from the relevant APP store and brings the power of the backoffice to the shop floor. It is also great for whipping out at trade shows when talking to your suppliers and wanting to show them statistics on your sales of their goods. And just like the backoffice, security and users can be set up so staff can only access functions that you allow them too.
