Hosting
RetailVista is hosted on 3 different server locations. If one location has a malfunction, is down, or is struck by some other catastrophe then another location automatically takes over. Backups of your data are created multiple times a day and saved securely for half a year!
We also ensure only the fastest and most reliable servers available commercially are used for your important EPoS data and 24-7 monitoring on all hardware, systems and services is done by NedFox (the developer of RetailVista).
As our EPoS systems / tills are hybrid, the tills will always operate (see the EPoS section for this) – even when there’s no internet connection to the servers/cloud. As soon as the connection is back-up / back online, the tills will catch up to the server with all the tasks it performed offline.
