In June 2016 Tuinland started with RetailVista, the cloud based ePOS solution of NedFox on their 50+ tills.

Tuinland Garden Centres, with 4 sites and over 50 tills started with RetailVista Cloud based ePOS on Monday the 4th of July.

Initially Tuinland will start with 18 Motorola handheld terminals (PDA’s) which will be used for stock taking, sale orders, purchase orders, viewing statistics, queue busting and more, in real-time mode.

In the garden centre restaurants RetailVista with the catering functionality is used.

Their existing loyalty schemes and full history of their dated on-premise system was converted into RetailVista. In this way they will still be able to view statistics over the previous years, and can continue to use their current and outstanding loyaltycards.

RetailVista will be fully integrated with the webshop of Tuinland. So all information on their webshop (prices, discounts, stock levels) are identical to the information in RetailVista. Allmost in real-time. Orders placed on the webshop appear in RetailVista immediatly

Tuinland switched over to RetailVista because of the specific garden centre functionality, NedFox’ experience in the garden centre sector and the current and future possibilities of RetailVista so they can fulfill their wishes regarding efficient stock-management, cost reduction and omnichannel and personal marketing.
